2 minute timer
Quiet Wall · a timer and nothing else
2:00
Keep this page open. A sound plays when the time is up.
A timer, and nothing else
No ads, no music, no sign-up, and nothing to read while it runs. When the time is up it plays Awaken, the sound Quiet Wall ends a session with, until you press Done.
2 minutes of nothing
Quiet Wall is a timer for doing nothing. Put the phone down across the room, look at a blank wall, and stay there until the sound. No music, no podcast, no plan for what to think about. It is harder than it sounds.
On a phone
Keep the screen on while it runs: a web page cannot play a sound from a locked phone. The Quiet Wall app can. The phone goes face down across the room, and the sound still brings you back.
